Η Ελένη Σταμούλη, με σπουδες στη Φιλοσοφική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου και στο Business Computing & Management, είναι 62 χρονών και ζει στη Θεσσαλονικη. Είναι ασθενής με Ιδιοπαθή Πνευμονική Ίνωση από το 2019 και δραστηριοποιείται εθελοντικά στην υποστήριξη, ενθάρρυνση και, ενδυνάμωση ασθενών με .Π.Ι.
Είναι εκπρόσωπος της Ομάδας Αποκατάστασης ασθενων με Π.Ι. της Θεσσαλονίκης.Από το 2020  συνεργάζεται με τον ELF και δραστηριοποιείται στην PF PAG (Patient Advisory Group)& MENTAL HEALTH PAG.
